Er war ein bekannter tschechischer Fotograf mit Ateliers in Prag.\r\rAuf der R\u00fcckseite findet sich eine Werbung f\u00fcr Heilwasser von Heinrich Mattoni. Dieser Industrielle besa\u00df eine Wasserquelle im abgebildeten Ort und verkaufte Mineralwasser und Heilwasser. Ab 1870 war er Hoflieferant f\u00fcr Mineralwasser und besa\u00df auch Gesch\u00e4fte in Wien sowie weitere Wasserquellen in der Monarchie. Er bekleidete auch mehrere politische \u00c4mter und besa\u00df mehrere Vereine.
